I'll admit... I've been blog lazy. Three weeks since my last post? How did that happen?
It would be wonderful if I could tell a dramatic tale of being trapped in a house surrounded by impassable flood waters with all connection to the outside world cut off due to no power, but that would be exaggerating slightly. The road did flood over, but only for a few hours. And the modem seemed to burn out as a result of the storm.
But that's just part of the story. I've actually been home for two weeks, and really don't have an excuse for not updating, other than being lazy. And busy.
I return tonight to give thanks for just some of the many blessings that He has bestowed :)
~ The friendship and fellowship in Brisbane
~ The way He speaks, when I least expect it and most need it
~ Picnics in parks on Australia Day and lunch with friends and holiday catchups
~ The blessing of 27 years of life
~ Flowers from neighbours and gifts from friends
~ Cheesecake
~ Zug um Zug and fun and laughter late into the night
~ The tie that binds our hearts in Christian love
~ Lunch with friends so dear
~ Communion and foot washing. Ordinances making reality tangible
~ Friends singing "Till we meet" causing tears to flow like rivers, again
